If for whatever reason you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we’re HereToHelp! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product of equal value, or a refund to the original payment method.
At Xcelly.com, customers enjoy FREE shipping on orders over only $32.50. On most items we offer a heavily discounted shipping rate of ONLY $1.99 per item. We also offer FREE shipping for items which you need to return for a refund, a credit or an exchange!
RETURNS
Xcelly.com has a No-Hassle return policy and procedure. You can initiate your own return within our self-service returns process. We want you to be completely happy with your order, and if not, we will provide you with a PRE-PAID shipping label to send it back. This applies to all of the continental United States. Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Items discounted over 50% OFF and other “final sale” items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items should have tags still on (where applicable).
- Returned items need to be free of visible signs of wear or use.
- Returned items need to be in their original individual package and shipping package.
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Login to your Xcelly.com account.
- Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order..
- Enter the reason you want to return the item(s)..
- Print the prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email.
- Send all items back to us using the label provided.
Once your qualifying return is received, we will promptly process the return and approve your refund. If you are requesting a refund or store credit, that should be completed within 24 hours after processing the return. The money will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please note that depending on your financial institution, they may need an additional 2 – 10 business days for the credit to post to your bank or credit card account.
Of course, it would be best to contact your financial institution to find out how long they take to do their processing, this is a part of it which Xcelly.com has no control over.
